Creating Connections
An 11-year Microsoft veteran, my role as online strategist involved driving much of the thinking around how as a company we could better support our customers globally, online. Working within an engineering team our modus operandi was always work smarter, get productive, show proven results and then optimize. We used data to test, learn and evolve.
I bring much of this skillset into my real estate business. I believe in adopting both a program management (PM) and data driven approach to the way I manage my business; I quickly realized that the process of buying and selling is always a project in its own right, often a complicated one. As a former engineering PM, I am one of those rare brokers who loves to manage each real estate project end to end, communicating thoroughly and effectively throughout the entire process and it’s an asset past clients have really appreciated about me. It’s also what relieves some of the stresses of home buying and selling, for my clients.
Rather than pulling a run of the mill automated market report, I build out a comprehensive data spreadsheet to conduct accurate pricing analysis, and then use my knowledge of the market to outline a couple of different pricing strategies with the potential pros and cons of each. The data is easy to consume and designed to paint a very clear picture for my clients. The ensuing pricing decision is a joint one, with every expectation set.
